Hydrant Gate Valves are ideal for use in hose testing, hydrants, standpipes and pumps. The HGV250 Series and HGV250-DS-Y Series are excellent shut-off vales used on the 2 ½” outlet port of hydrants to control water hammer and reduce hydrant main damage. Both Series are supplied with Full Flow Waterways and just 11 easy turns to open and close. Maximum operating pressure 250 PSI.
